Savour the Flavour is more than a market, it’s a festival of flavours. It is an opportunity for visitors and locals alike to sample and purchase delicious food, produce and beverages from farmers and businesses.

Savour the Flavour is an opportunity to celebrate the Hawkesbury and surrounds past, present and future as Sydney's original ‘food bowl’. Our region produces some of Australia’s best fresh food and play's a critical role in feeding Sydney and beyond. We can't wait for a much bigger and better Savour the Flavour this year.
